Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in client advocacy, marketing, or account management, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
  • Creative writing and strategic thinking skills
  • Understanding of CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.)
  • Influencing and leadership abilities
