About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Whitehorse Square. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing team to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Recent graduate or 6 months+ experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and ability to think strategically.
  • Language: Good reading, listening, and speaking skills in both Mandarin and English.
