Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, including reception and customer service duties, general office tasks, and monitoring staff rosters and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistance to Administration/Accounts Manager
  • Reception and Customer Service Duties
  • General Office duties
  • Monitoring of staff rosters and annual leave
  • Reporting of Membership sales through CRM system
  • Stock control and monitoring
  • Liaison with membership CRM provider
  • Office filing
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
