Are you looking for a role that combines administration and paralegal duties? We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Assistant to join our Personal Injury team in Melbourne CBD.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal use of internal systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through empathetic communication and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare matters for conference and hearing, including court documents and correspondence.
  • Offer proactive assistance to the Legal team with general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in reception, administration or business support roles in professional environments.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work from our Melbourne CBD office between 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
