As a Group Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of families into our care facilities.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with Home Managers and Administration Officers across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care admissions and be able to manage resources efficiently to meet sales and admissions commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage professional relations with families and key stakeholders
  • Support the continuous improvement of admission processes
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining high levels of productivity

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in aged care admissions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of AN-ACC funding requirements
  • A commitment to improving residential aged care admission processes
