Admissions Coordinator Team Leader


The Admissions Coordinator Team Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions journey, overseeing the admissions team to ensure seamless person-centered experiences.

You will balance operational excellence with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to reflect the highest standards of our admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team coaching and support
  2. Coach and support coordinators in communication, regulatory compliance, and customer service outcomes
  3. Develop the admissions team for high performance and client-focused approach
  4. Stakeholder engagement - build trust with families through clear empathetic dialogue
  5. Data analysis and reporting - track and interpret key metrics (occupancy, conversion rates, admission timelines)
  6. Achieve maximum occupancy rates and financial targets by developing strong relationships with key organizations
  7. Oversee and manage the end-to-end admissions process for residents entering our homes, ensuring visibility within portfolios
  8. Maintain accurate data in admissions management systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualification in Business/Management is desirable, along with strong knowledge of the industry. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Aged Care admissions processes is required, as well as demonstrated leadership in process management, team supervision, stakeholder engagement, and aged care compliance. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are also essential.
