Aged Care Admissions Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Admissions Manager to lead our national admissions team, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience across our aged care facilities. This role will drive occupancy growth, enhance the customer journey, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Oversight: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and support to Service Managers, Business Development Consultants, and the Customer Enquiry Centre.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to ensure CRM compliance, scalable systems, and national consistency while allowing for local responsiveness.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Manage high-performing teams with expertise in operational knowledge, CRM systems, and process governance.
- Aged Care Expertise: Strong understanding of residential aged care admissions, fees, government subsidies, and legislative requirements.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Embody a customer-first approach with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Results-Driven Approach: Drive continuous improvement, national consistency, and proactive decision-making.
