We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to join our team at Our Lady of the Way Catholic Primary School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the school community, ensuring the smooth operation of our business and clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the school community, including reception duties and responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining computerised records, and database information.
  • Use a range of programs, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Publisher, and Google suite.
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders, including students, parents, employees, and external agencies.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sound organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use a range of programs, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Publisher, and Google suite.
