
Conversational Data Collector

As a Field Research Officer, you will be part of a team collecting valuable data through face-to-face interviews with Australians.
About the Role- You will visit assigned households and engage in conversations to gather insights on various topics.
- Your role requires building rapport quickly, managing refusals and objections professionally, and ensuring informed consent.
- You will conduct accurate, structured interviews using Roy Morgan's secure systems.
- Record observations, follow safety and privacy protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
- You will plan your weekly schedule to meet agreed hours, including at least one weekend day.
All interviews are conducted using secure systems. You will receive full training, a clear field manual, and ongoing support from experienced field managers.

Nice-to-Have: experience in field interviewing, door-to-door outreach, call centre/customer service, community work, or education services.
