Indoor Mapping Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Indoor Mapping Specialist.

This is a casual opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and navigate indoor spaces with ease.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data on store layouts, creating accurate maps, and providing valuable insights to help businesses improve their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up a kit from a nearby location or arrange delivery.
  • Complete a 30-minute online training session prior to site visits.
  • Arrive at scheduled sites on time, equipped with necessary tools and personal phone (fully charged).
  • Record surroundings using provided mapping equipment, navigating through aisles to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Maintain regular communication with remote support team via video call throughout the process.
  • Ensure all equipment is fully charged at the end of each day.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong sense of direction and orientation skills.
  • Show patience and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in map creation.
  • Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and adapting to varying environments.
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable receiving remote guidance and ongoing support.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
