Field Researcher Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Research Officer to join our team in collecting high-quality data through face-to-face interviews with Australians. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned households, building rapport and initiating conversations, conducting accurate and structured interviews, and recording observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned households and conduct face-to-face interviews">
  • Build rapport quickly and manage refusals and objections respectfully">
  • Conduct accurate and structured interviews on a wide range of topics">
  • Record observations and maintain strict confidentiality">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills">
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)">
  • Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle">
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check">
