Leading Australian services business requires an experienced Business Analyst to drive improvements across operational support functions.

As a Business Analyst your role will focus on analysing business processes, defining opportunities for optimisation, and supporting the delivery of scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Analyse, define, and implement improvements to end-to-end processes across business support functions.
- Develop and implement a Standard Operating Model to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, assess current processes, and recommend optimised solutions.
- Support delivery of enhanced policies, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Provide insights through process mapping, workflow analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

- A strong background in Business Analysis within operational / administrative support functions.
- Experience across Finance, Commercial, and Risk preferred.
- Proficiency with Business Analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI).
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, repeatable solutions.
