Join Our Team as a Head of Design and Cultural Impact

We're on the hunt for an experienced leader to drive our brand identity projects and ensure our brands are truly embedded into Aussie culture with consistently high-quality execution.

About the Role

As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for setting the strategic design direction for our brand identity projects, managing a team of passionate, creative individuals dedicated to excellence, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the creative direction and visual identity for our brands aligning with strategic goals and acting as the key creative decision-maker.
  • Lead execution of design imagery to ensure brand integrity and audience engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and event producers, fostering creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
  • Oversee packaging design.
  • Manage external creative partnerships, budgets, and timelines while staying updated on industry trends.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with an excellent mastery of craft in art direction and design, the ability to lead and provide clear creative direction to our team and partner agencies, and the confidence to influence and deal with senior stakeholders, internally and externally.

You will cultivate innovation and have the courage to challenge the status quo on how brands and the broader category show up in culture to impact brand communication.
