About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead our service, user, and experience design strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for the ideation, human-centered design, and delivery of digital and physical experiences across the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and innovative design approach across all products and services.
  • Oversee all design-related activities within our Group Customer division, including service design, experience design, and UX/UI design.
  • Partner with senior and executive leaders to shape the customer and product experience that is Design-led and customer-centric.
  • Lead high-performing teams and coach for business design capability.
  • Drive customer and experience design, and be at the forefront to lead all types of design across all touchpoints to ensure the customer journey is seamless.
Requirements
  • Expert in design and app development, with strong knowledge of consumer and business products, services, channels, and customer behavior trends.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial operating models, customer segments, strategic objectives, and plans.
  • Proven ability to build influential networks and relationships across the organization to achieve enterprise outcomes.
  • Familiar with architecture, technology platforms, and applications.
  • Experience in design software tools such as Figma, and Adobe, and all aspects of design.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, consulting, business design, design thinking, customer experience, agile coaching, and creative problem-solving.
