The Head of Environmental & Social Impact will oversee global ESG strategy, partnerships, initiatives, and communication in alignment with the company's business goals to create genuine social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage ESG strategy and initiatives
  • Develop and publish the 2024 ESG report
  • Prepare the organisation for Mandatory Climate Reporting legislation
  • Manage science-based targets to achieve the company's emissions reduction pathway
  • Implement the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workplan
  • Progress the Reconciliation Action Plan (Reflect)
  • Assess, analyse and advise the business on material ESG risks and opportunities

Requirements
  • Seasoned ESG professional with experience developing, managing and driving strategy and programming
  • Liaising with senior management and Board of Directors, and leading external relationships
  • Tertiary qualification in an area of ESG such as social impact, economics, or communications
  • Solid understanding of ESG ratings agencies, reporting frameworks, and listed company practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Upholding the highest standards of ethics and accountability
