We're seeking a visionary Head of Design to drive our design strategy and lead a team of talented designers. As the head of our design function, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a design vision that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that drives business outcomes and enhances the customer experience.
  • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are integrated into our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in design leadership and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of designers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
