Hilton Hotels is seeking a skilled Cluster Sales Manager to oversee our five WA properties in Perth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for soliciting business and maximising revenue potential from selected corporate businesses, domestic leisure wholesalers, Inbound Tour Operators, international incentives, entertainment groups and other market-centric group opportunities as determined by the properties' revenue plan strategies.

About the Role:

  • Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Client or Guest Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to drive repeat business.
  • Team Collaborating: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support and guidance, and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Hilton's safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Australian full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
  • Based in the Perth Metropolitan Area preferably
  • Relevant experience in sales and hotels, with a good understanding of wholesale and leisure segments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Positive team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Responsible and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic and eager for business development
  • Confident in researching and understand market analysis
  • Flexible and resilient with various challenges
