Cluster Revenue Strategist

Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue, while maintaining accuracy of information and enhancing automation efforts in the reservation system.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
- Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
- Perform Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting and balancing financial expectations.
- Generate, process, and update property and market Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary source for the Revenue Management team's reporting and analytical needs.
- Assist with system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting, and running daily system checks.
- Train new associates on revenue management tools as necessary.
- Implement hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
