About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Hotels WA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales potential from corporate businesses, domestic leisure wholesalers, and other market-centric group opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure consistent sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and drive sales performance.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Hilton's health and safety policies and procedures.
About You
  • Australian full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
  • Based in the Perth Metropolitan Area preferably
  • Relevant experience in sales and hotels, with a good understanding of wholesale and leisure segments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Positive team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Responsible and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic and eager for business development
  • Confident in researching and understanding market analysis
  • Flexible and resilient with various challenges
