Job Summary

The Cluster Director of Revenue Management is a key role within the Western Australian market, responsible for overseeing revenue strategies for properties within the region. This position focuses on optimizing revenue performance through strategic planning, pricing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with property teams to ensure alignment with overall revenue goals and market conditions
  • Lead inventory management and analysis activities, and staff in a given hotel or multi-property market
  • Manage pricing, positioning, and inventory for hotels within the area of purview
  • Monitor all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis
  • Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Cluster experience preferred
  • Luxury experience preferred
  • Revenue systems experience essential (such as revenue management system, central reservation system, SynXis, or rate management system)
  • Education: A degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred
