Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team as a Hunter sales representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing new business and selling technology that transforms customers' operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to break into new accounts, grow existing ones, and make a meaningful impact on the company's growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owning the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a focus on new business sales while growing existing accounts.
  • Handling strategic accounts and relationships across the team.
  • Driving pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, market sector knowledge, and intelligence, in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline to guarantee over-achievement within designated market sectors.
  • Engaging with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process by engaging relevant resources like Core Sales teams, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
  • Regularly updating the Salesforce.com system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Accurately forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
  • Demonstrated achievement against targets and metrics.
  • Credibility internally and with customers.
  • Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement.
  • A successful history of net new business and existing business upsell.
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
