The Role


This sales position offers a high earning potential (estimated $96,000 + super + commissions) and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of professionals.



Responsibilities



  • Prospecting via working with brokers, cold calling, social media/online outreach, networking events, while simultaneously managing inbound leads and existing pipeline
  • Run the entire sales process from qualification to close
  • Execute strategic sales plans to maximise business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
  • Work closely with the Member Relations team to optimise member onboarding and experience
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Be a brand ambassador and attend relevant networking events to build a database of potential clients and partners


Requirements



  • 4+ years of experience in Sales-related fields (Co-Working, Serviced Offices or Office Leasing) in Sydney
  • Be a self-starter, with high energy and a proven track record in prospecting and closing sales
  • Have experience in customer service and relationship building
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Full working rights in Australia and live within an easy commute of Sydney CBD
