The Opportunity

Experis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing prestigious global accounts and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the sales team to ensure that global accounts are maximized and well looked after. You will have the opportunity to learn everything there is to know about enterprise technology sales and progress your career as a real tech sales professional.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a 1:1 partnership with senior members of the sales teams
  • Building in-depth relationships with enterprise clients
  • Joining and contributing in client meetings
  • Providing tech solutions to clients from the product range that fit client requirements
  • Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, quote and order entry, drive customer communication, and enable activity reporting
  • Working with the team to ensure sales targets are met

About You

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has a clear and genuine drive for sales. You should have good experience working with customer service roles and be able to work both independently and as part of a large, complex global account team.

You will also need to possess exceptionally confident and engaging communication skills and customer focus, with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the client's needs. Additionally, you should have the ability to manage multiple client projects at once, great administrative skills, and the ability to construct and deliver effective presentations both internally and externally.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
