Job Description

The Sales Manager will lead our Account Executives team, driving forward the company's growth strategy. You will play an essential part in hiring, on-boarding, training, and developing high-performing salespeople. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining Yotpo's triple double growth YoY globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Account Executives team and driving sales performance.
  • Hiring, training, and developing high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology.
  • Identifying areas for growth in individuals and collaborating with them to understand their goals.
  • Working alongside the General Manager to identify and execute new opportunities for team and company-wide training, development, and motivational initiatives.
  • Managing day-to-day performance of all sales team members and delivering employee reviews.
  • Tracking sales team metrics, forecasting with accuracy, and reporting data to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Implementing performance plans according to company procedure.
  • Embodying company culture and maintaining high sales employee engagement.
  • Meeting predetermined revenue goals through direct reports' activities.
  • Ensuring correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of Account Executive management and/or Sales Development management experience.
  • 3-5 years in an Account Executive role; within SaaS and marketing industries preferred.
  • Fast-moving start-up and vertical use case driven experience.
  • Strong People Leader skills.
  • Ability to forecast with accuracy.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
