
Business Partnership Manager

Our organisation is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our team. In this exciting new opportunity, you will play a key role in engaging revenue stakeholders and commercial vendors to monitor and manage contract operating requirements.
This involves developing mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, as well as coordinating and administering the full range of commercial activities and contracts.
You will also be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder queries and communication, supporting the revenue and marketing team with consumer research and reporting, and monitoring contracts to ensure they are managed to key metrics.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in Commerce or Business, combined with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
They will also be able to work in a changing environment, operating with a level of autonomy while maintaining support from key stakeholders and team members.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder and vendor contract management, administration of commercial contracts, and management of information and documentation.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide data-driven insights to customers to help them understand how best to optimise commercial performance.
Stakeholder and vendor relationship management, maintain and develop relationships with corporate parking clients, bussing, hire car and ride-share companies, and meet with stakeholders and vendors regularly to establish a first point of call for the business.
Engage customer and internal stakeholders to deliver on agreed contract scope and daily operational requirements.
Assist in month-end reporting and reconciliation processes, complete monthly price reviews of competing operators, and assist the Ground Transport team and other internal stakeholders with annual audits and ongoing revenue reconciliations.
Maintain oversight of the team's marketing deliverables and client needs and expectations, assist marketing team with all outgoing communications pertaining to commercial updates and marketing.
Work collaboratively with Operations customer service centre to ensure all commercial issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Actively participate in strategic discussions and meetings.
Support the Commercial team with managing communication to stakeholders on price changes, construction updates, updates to systems and processes.
