Account Development Manager

As a seasoned professional in customer partnerships, you will develop and maintain key relationships with major clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
  • Understand business strategy and product pricing to provide expert advice to clients
  • Buid individual stakeholder strategies and map out effective relationship plans
  • Manage key relationships with current major customers and seek new customers for partnership opportunities
  • Prepare journey plans and acceleration plans to deliver volume targets and achieve sales goals
  • Project identification and budget forecasting to ensure accurate projections and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Current or previous experience in an account management sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Previous customer-facing experience across T1 and T2 customers with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Strong communication and business acumen skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience using a CRM and MS suite to manage customer interactions and data analysis
  • Understanding of construction industry trends and developments is beneficial for driving strategic growth
