About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Data Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Updating and maintaining our doctor database;
  • Daily reports and checks;
  • Liaising with referring practitioners, marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Coordinating the ordering and distribution of request pads as needed;
  • Creating request pads with detailed information such as panels and billing;
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and exercising discretion in performing duties;
  • Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy;
  • Self-direction and the ability to manage your own performance according to position requirements and performance expectations.

Salary and Location

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
