Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy reception desk, answering and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork, including conducting follow-up requests and making reminder calls for visits.
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required.
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments.
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments, as required.
  • Complete other clerical tasks, such as data entry.
