Project Manager Role

A dynamic Project Manager is required to lead remedial construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Manage complex remedial construction projects worth up to $5M in typical value.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, programs, and claims to drive project success.
  • Implement and maintain robust safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Regularly report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in project management (remedial or commercial construction).
  • Strong knowledge of façades, waterproofing, and structural repairs.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects worth over $5M.
  • Excellent scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
