Job Title: Construction Project LeadWe are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple residential and commercial remedial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in both commercial and residential projects, with expertise in managing project budgets, cash flows, and schedules.Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Prepare and maintain 3-week look-ahead programs to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, and performance on-site.
  • Handle project variations and ensure proper documentation and cost adjustments.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Coordinate and respond to RFIs to resolve design or scope queries promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in remedial construction, with a strong track record in both commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong experience in managing project budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
  • In-depth knowledge of remedial construction processes, including ITPs, variations, and RFIs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and manage subcontractor packages effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
