This is a challenging Project Lead position in remedial construction where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple residential and commercial sites.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) on-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in remedial construction with a strong track record in both commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide site teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of remedial construction processes including ITPs, variations, and RFIs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective project schedules and manage subcontractor packages effectively.
