What you'll need:

  • A trade background (carpentry highly regarded)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Foreman in the remedial construction sector
  • Proven experience working with another remedial builder in Australia
  • At least 3 years of local Australian construction experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades and subcontractors
  • Excellent knowledge of remedial processes, safety standards, and compliance
