Project Lead Role

As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee complex remedial construction projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the ability to operate independently while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage remedial construction projects valued between $1M and $5M.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, programs, and claims.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Foster strong client and consultant relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to leadership, highlighting risks and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced project lead with a proven track record in managing remedial or commercial construction projects. Your expertise in façades, waterproofing, and structural repairs is essential, as well as your ability to deliver projects exceeding $5M. Strong scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
