About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Remedial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing remedial construction projects, ensuring they meet all deadlines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and schedule
  • E nsure strict compliance with all project specifications, drawings, and standards
  • Address any challenges or disputes with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, managing their expectations throughout the project
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal safety and performance

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification or a building-related qualification
  • 5+ years of experience supervising and managing remedial construction projects, including planning, programming, and managing subcontractors
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (highly desirable)
