Key Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a key part in driving actionable insights across the organisation by delivering data-driven solutions that inform business decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex data into clear findings and develop high-impact reporting solutions that focus on the right metrics.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex data into clear findings.
  • Develop high-impact reporting solutions.
  • Manage ad hoc requests from multiple business units with speed and accuracy.
  • Write, optimise, and debug SQL queries to extract and validate data.
  • Partner with stakeholders across different departments to understand their priorities and deliver analytics solutions that address real business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability by validating data sources and maintaining accuracy in all reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in business intelligence, insights, or analytics with a proven ability to influence business outcomes.
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Excellent SQL skills, with proven experience troubleshooting queries, identifying data gaps, and improving query performance.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and AWS cloud-based data warehouses is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis in business-friendly language.
  • A naturally curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
