Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to assume the role of Market Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to start from scratch and build a business that drives growth in the information security and privacy industry.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop initiatives that position the company as the go-to leader in information security and privacy. This will involve building strategic partnerships, managing client pipelines, and providing coaching and guidance to senior professionals.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in market growth, business development, or sales enablement, ideally with a focus on the information security, privacy, or cyber sectors. They will be able to think strategically while executing tactically to drive growth and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications to design and execute initiatives that position the company as the go-to leader in information security and privacy.
  • Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and partners to drive high-visibility campaigns through events, webinars, conferences, and industry reports.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, supporting business development activities such as pitches, proposals, and client engagement strategies.
  • Coach senior leadership on market positioning, business development strategies, and client engagement.
  • Balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution, ensure that key initiatives are delivered to a high standard.
  • Measure the effectiveness of initiatives by tracking metrics and ROI and provide forward-looking recommendations to refine future campaigns.
