Family Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse families and communities.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing support to families who are at risk of entering or re-entering the child protection system. The Family Support Specialist will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and needs, and provide guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and experience working with at-risk families and children. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
