  • Outbound Freight: Define CSB's outbound freight strategy to balance cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Act as the primary SME for logistics-related matters, supporting CX, Returns, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain advanced reporting on logistics KPIs, including cost, speed, accuracy, and partner performance.

A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required. Strong working knowledge of eCommerce logistics best practices is essential.
