\Job Description:
\As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. This includes managing freight flow, shift resources, compliance, and team performance while ensuring safe and efficient service delivery.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely and safe movement of goods\
- Manage shift resources efficiently to meet operational targets\
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and industry regulations\
- Lead, support, and develop the logistics team, including onboarding and performance management\
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally\
- Maintain accurate reporting and communicate operational issues to drive improvements\
Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- \
- Minimum 3 years' experience in transport and logistics\
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role\
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills\
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities\
- Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and operational procedures\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems\
