Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across nursing, allied health, and clinical disciplines.

The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic sourcing plans that align with our organization's purpose and people needs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for clinical and allied health roles using a mix of channels.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform sourcing decisions, track performance, and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Champion a values-led candidate experience that reflects our organization's commitment to excellence and diversity.
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing to bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through sourcing campaigns and storytelling.
