Job Opportunity

A seasoned bid professional is required to lead high-profile pursuits and tenders across the state.

This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to drive bid excellence, support business development, and coordinate multiple bids of varying scale and complexity.

  • Leading and managing the full bid lifecycle from strategy and scheduling through to production and submission.
  • Driving consistency, compliance, and quality across all pursuits.
  • Partnering with teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiatives.
  • Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice to lift performance across the function.
  • Analysing bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates.
Requirements

6+ years experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, property, engineering).

Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.

Excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
