Operations Settlements Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, this Settlements Officer role plays a critical part in the smooth execution of daily settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External Relations: Develop and maintain credible relationships with external service providers (such as banks and third-party payment providers).
  • Customer Case Management: Contribute to customer case replies promptly.
  • Transaction Processing: Prepare transactions remittance for the night shift and process daily settlement and data entry into the ledger system.
  • Audit Support: Contribute to external audit process when required.

Requirements:

  • Night Shift Availability: Ability to work at night shift (from 7:00 pm - 4:00 am).
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with high accuracy levels, attention to detail.
  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
  • Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
