Client Services Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Services Advisor to join our team at illion. As a Client Services Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers of illion.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Provide high-quality consultation to clients across all business units, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex client issues, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of illion's products and services, including illion Express and illion Direct.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex client issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
