About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join our team at Maryland Medical Day Services LLC. As a Medical Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and promoting our medical services to healthcare professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop current referrer relationships while delivering on current marketing strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue growth strategies.
  • Increase revenue in the assigned territory in line with budget expectations.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers.
  • Increase the referrer base in line with predefined KPIs.
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
  • Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence is essential.
  • Qualification in Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential.
  • Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare, is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
