We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Melbourne. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building meaningful relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored and personalized experience.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for Luxury: A genuine passion for the luxury industry and a deep understanding of the Tiffany & Co. brand.
