Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple stores within a designated region, ensuring sales and KPI budgets are met, and developing and motivating a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control stock levels, expenses, and staff rosters to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the central team to implement company-wide initiatives and programs
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and support to store managers and staff
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering results and achieving sales targets
