About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and growing our customer base by promoting our range of leading-edge medical devices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Selling medtronic's products and ensuring the retention of end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts, while striving to meet predefined sales targets.
- Proactively identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for the business, both internally generated and external, while also facilitating the referral of internal leads to appropriate channels.
- Offering valuable insights on potential new markets, as well as providing feedback on new product launches and enhancements to existing products or supplies.
- Promoting and fostering educational efforts to enhance understanding and appreciation of the company's products and services.
- Collaborating with field sales representatives to strategize and execute sales activities effectively, including conducting sales calls, analysing data, identifying customer opportunities, coordinating product demonstrations, and ensuring prompt follow-up with sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, general Science or Business.
- Solid (2+ years) relevant experience in field sales/inside sales or clinical role within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Sales or Remote Sales experience in other sectors (eg. Retail, Tech) may be considered.
- Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM system is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident ability in making multiple outbound phone sales calls on a daily basis.
- Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships at all levels.
- Good understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office suite of software.
About Our Offer:
