As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our global marketing initiatives, working alongside our talented teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand, drive customer acquisition, and increase global awareness.
Your role is pivotal in shaping and delivering our marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand partnerships. You'll be responsible for fostering close collaborations across various departments, ensuring our marketing activities are cohesive and impactful.
We're looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills who can juggle multiple projects and lead the charge in bringing frank green's vision to life.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to drive sales growth and engagement.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Build strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain and optimise the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan.
- Foster collaboration between Creative, Digital, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operations teams.
- Develop commercial business cases for marketing activities and track budgets.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of a team of 3.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into our marketing strategies.
- 6+ years of experience in leading marketing strategy.
- A Degree in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of global marketing and media landscapes.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Established relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
