Your New RoleAs the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance our brand, drive customer engagement, and increase global awareness. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to drive sales growth and engagement.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Build strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain and optimize the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan.
- Foster collaboration between Creative, Digital, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operations teams.
- Develop commercial business cases for marketing activities and track budgets.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of a team of 3.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into our marketing strategies.
- 6+ years of experience in leading marketing strategy.
- A Degree in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of global marketing and media landscapes.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Established relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
