Your New Role

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global marketing strategy and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, digital, and eCommerce teams to develop and execute campaigns that enhance our brand and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a global marketing strategy that drives sales growth and engagement.
  • Planning and executing creative marketing campaigns and product launches that resonate with our target audience.
  • Building strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with our values and mission.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Fostering collaboration between Creative, Digital, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operations teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Developing commercial business cases for marketing activities and tracking budgets to ensure ROI.
  • Mentoring and supporting the professional growth of a team of 3 to ensure their success and well-being.
  • Monitoring industry trends and integrating best practices into our marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in leading marketing strategy and driving business growth.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of global marketing and media landscapes, including trends and best practices.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Established relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners that can drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where innovation and adaptability are key.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to drive results and overcome challenges.
